Wayne Dunlap is a well-known retirement planner in the Central Indiana area. With over 30 years in the field, Mr. Dunlap is very knowledgeable in the areas of concern for those what are already retired, as well as those who are trying to secure their own retirement plans. Wayne provides insight to seniors on safe conservative ways to increase retirement income without risk, while reducing taxes, including taxes on Social Security benefits. He is not registered as an Investment Advisor even though he passed the SEC testing requirements for that designation and is not affiliated with a Broker-Dealer.

In looking to assist people in their retirement planning, Wayne’s approach is to first determine what you are trying to accomplish, and then he will go through a number of possibilities which most closely meet your own style and aspirations. Above all, Wayne will never recommend any plan that jeopardizes your retirement dollars. He believes in guaranteed retirement plans and dismisses plans where the retiree’s funds are at risk (Money Market Funds included). He can educate you on ways to provide tax free inheritances to your children and introduce you to ways for market-based returns without risking your principal.

He has conducted numerous financial seminars and has appeared on television and radio shows many times discussing estate and retirement planning topics relative to Social Security, Medicare, and safe-money retirement planning. In the 1980’s, he was a consultant to the State Department on financial issues affecting Africa and Asia.

Wayne has a Master’s Degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s Degree from Texas A&M University. He served as an officer in the United States Air Force and is active in area music groups, including a Glenn Miller style Dance Band and community concert bands as a trumpet player.

He is married to Judy and has 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren.
